It is not mandatory to create an account with Belle amie before purchasing any of our products. By creating an account with us you will gain access to view your orders, check the status of your current orders and track each shipment. More importantly, your account information will be saved with us, expediting the process for your next login and order.

An email confirmation will be sent to you after and order is being processed at our store and a tracking number will be issued.
Belle Amie will endeavour to restock on orders/items especially if they are new designs or designs mostly requested for by our customers.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return an item you will need to make sure of the following:

Belle Amie boutique reserves the right to charge for the full cost of the product, if our clothing’s has been worn, or damaged in any way.
Note: customers can return the items using their own shipping method. Tape your returning label on the package you are returning back to us. Belle Amie cannot provide any free returning services. Return cost will be the responsibility of the customer both domestic/international customers.
As soon as we receive your returned items, we will check the items to see if its still in great conditions and meets up with our returns/exchange policy. Then, our team will contact you on the items you would want to exchange for. (you can only return an order for an exchange of another item).
